  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy souce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster sauce

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and snap peas; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.

Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
