Ingredients

  • 500g Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 50g Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon, juiced

Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and opaque.

Add lemon juice and parsley, stirring to combine.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
