Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
Arrange mozzarella slices on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
