Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, heat a large pan over medium heat, add butter and cook the garlic until fragrant. Remove garlic.
Add pancetta and cook until crispy.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, then add the cheeses and mix well.
Drain the spaghetti and add to the pan with pancetta, removing from heat.
Quickly add the egg and cheese mixture, tossing to coat the pasta. The residual heat will cook the eggs.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
